cursor-shapeShape cursor with interactive hover
Twenty-five geometric cursors, five of them free — this is shape 1, the ring. With Interactive Hover switched on it scales, magnetises toward buttons and links, picks up a glow and can carry a label, all without touching a line of CSS. Switch to the bolt to see a Pro shape.
Where it earns its keep: Agency and portfolio sites where the pointer is part of the art direction.

cursor-textText cursor
Replace the pointer with a word. Font size, colours, padding, radius and border are all free — this is the whole styling panel, not a teaser.
Where it earns its keep: Portfolio thumbnails, case-study tiles, anywhere “view” beats an icon.

A cursor is the only part of your interface a visitor moves themselves. It follows their attention exactly, which makes it the cheapest place to say something — a word, a shape, a reaction — without adding an element to the page.

cursor-text · textStyle: circularCircular text cursor
The text cursor in circular mode: radius, rotation, direction and auto-rotate speed are free. The filled circular backing behind the text is the Pro part.
Where it earns its keep: Hero sections and full-bleed photography where a badge would feel heavy.

cursor-imageImage cursor
Size, radius and border are free. Pro adds hotspot alignment — the point inside the image that sits on the real cursor position, the same idea as a native OS cursor hotspot.
Where it earns its keep: Product and photography sites; a brand mark that follows the visitor.

Targeting · different rules per page and element
cursorConfigurationsTwo rules, one page
Pro lets you save several cursors and target each one: the whole site, specific pages, CSS selectors, or named HTML elements. Priority runs page → website → element.
Where it earns its keep: Sites where the pointer should say “open” over links and stay minimal elsewhere.

Backgrounds · Three.js behind the content
antigravityAntigravity particles
A Three.js background that repels the pointer. Colour, count, size and shape are free; the physics — magnet radius, field strength, wave motion, depth — plus position, z-index and opacity are Pro.
Where it earns its keep: Section backgrounds on SaaS and agency sites; a hero that reacts without a video file.

Why it’s good
Loads only when it runs
The runtime is deferred, code-split per effect, and skipped entirely on touch devices or when a visitor asks for reduced motion.
Targets anything
Whole site, specific pages, CSS selectors or named HTML elements — with several cursors saved at once and a clear priority order.
No code, no lock-in
Settings live in the WordPress admin, not in your theme. Works the same in Gutenberg, Elementor and classic templates.
Accessible by default
Animated effects stand down under prefers-reduced-motion, and the native pointer only hides when you ask it to.
Free vs Pro
Every effect is free.
Pro is about control.

Questions
Does this slow my site down?
The cursor script is deferred and only enqueued when an effect is actually configured. Each effect is its own code-split chunk, so a page loads the one it uses and nothing else. Three.js backgrounds load only on the pages that show them.
What happens on phones and tablets?
Touch devices have no hovering pointer. The plugin detects a coarse pointer and exits before touching the DOM, so nothing renders and nothing is downloaded for it. You can also hide a cursor per breakpoint.
Is every effect available in the free version?
Yes. All five cursor types and all eight animated effects are selectable for free, along with the whole 113-icon library and shapes 1–5. Pro unlocks the customisation controls, shapes 6–25, interactive hover, multiple cursors, page and selector targeting, image hotspots and the advanced background settings.
What happens to my settings if Pro expires?
Nothing is deleted. Premium values stay dormant in the database and come back when the licence returns; the free plugin simply stops sending them to the browser.
Does it work with Elementor and Gutenberg?
Yes, including content those builders add after page load — the hover system watches for it by delegation rather than snapshotting the DOM once.
Install it free.
Then decide.
Every effect on this page works in the free plugin. Pro is for when you want to tune them.
